Message from Business Manager William Brown
We are a week away from Election Day. Working at NYPA, we are in a unique situation. By voting, we influence the representatives who have authority over our workforce. This being said, it is important that we as members of Local 2032 take a look and research the candidates that have been endorsed by labor. You can get a full list of AFL-CIO endorsed candidates by clicking here. As you will see on this list, candidates are both Democrats and Republicans. The endorsements were not made based on party, but were made based on who will best represent labor in D.C. and Albany. Polls are open on November 6th from 6 AM until 9 PM.
