Congratulations to Abigail Vroman who was selected to receive the IBEW Local 2032 Scholarship for 2026. Abigail is the daughter of Jeff and Rebecca Vroman. She is a senior at Charlotte Valley Central School and will be attending Elmira College in the fall to study Nursing. She was one of the highly qualified candidates this year. We wish her and all 2026 graduates a very successful and bright future ahead.
