The HMO Grievance has been settled. Union employees who are receiving medical health insurance coverage, and those that opt out, will be allotted a FLEX credit in your bi-weekly paycheck. This will be retroactive to November 1, 2023. Members will also receive an increase in the maximum reimbursement under the current Vision Care Plans, as well as the opportunity to join the Davis Vision Plan offered to Management employees. More information will be provided at the forthcoming union meetings. Please plan to attend.
