Fourteen teams played at the Twin Ponds Golf & Country Club on August 26th. We had teams from Clark, BG, St. Lawrence, Niagara’s Local 2104 and a team of 2032 Retirees.
We would like to say a special thank you to all of our sponsors this year: Creighton, Johnsen & Giroux Attorneys at Law, Tyndale, NILICO, UECU and Mario Rector with Principal Financial Group who sponsored multiple hole in one prizes, one worth $10,000.00. Roy Lawrence, who printed the signs for the sponsorships.
Thank you to Chuck Gibbs and Mark Zieman for setting up and organizing the tournament with Twin Ponds, keeping track of the teams and making sure everyone had a great time and a fantastic meal. Next year we hope to make this event even bigger and better!
Team Suwek came in 1st place, consisting of Ryan Suwek, Richard Suwek and Sam Tornatore.
Team Gibbs came in 2nd place, consisting of Chuck Gibbs, Matt Ward, Matt Hovey and Nick Sontiago.
Team Bucciero came in 3rd place, consisting of Mike Bucciero, Faruk Heto, John White and Forrest Lowe.
Closest to the pin prize was awarded to Ryan Suwek, longest drive prizes were awarded to Chuck Gibbs ad Sam Tornatore.
