W2 for Tax Year 2021

Please see the message from the Payroll Department that was sent out to all members via your NYPA email:

 

Employee W2s for tax year 2021 will be available within the next few weeks (no later than 01/31/2022).  All employees will have the ability to access to the 2021 W2 electronically on MyADP. For employees who have not selected to receive electronic W2s, a hard copy will be mailed to the employee’s home address on file (Please note, this is not the same as paperless pay stubs).  

 

To access your electronic W2, please log into MyADP.

 

1.   Select the Pay icon on the left side of the screen.

 

2.   On the Tax Statements tile, select the tax year from the drop-down menu. Only available W2s will list in the menu. If you try to access 2021 prior to it being published, the option for 2021 will not be visible.

3.   Select View Statement to access the W2.
