- New Club Card (Basic) membership - ONLY $15, good for 12 months, receive 2 cards ($45 savings)
- New Club + Card (earn Rewards) membership - ONLY $40, good for 12 months, receive 2 cards ($80 savings)
Renewing/Existing Members
- Renewal Club Card - ONLY $50, good for 12 months, receive 2 cards ($10 savings)
