Our annual Adopt-A-Highway clean up date took place on May 4th, 2024. We had 30 members, and their families attend, collecting more than 25 bags of garbage. Thank you to everyone that attended, as well as Coach’s Corner for hosting us for a luncheon afterwards and DOT for supplying safety gear. This is a great act of solidarity among members. What a great way to step up to support our local union and our community.
The IBEW Local 2032 Scholarship for 2024 will be awarded on June 6th. For those winners from the last few years that are up for a renewal of the award, please make sure that your student’s college transcript is sent to the office no later than June 30th, 2024. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office. The winner will receive a letter and check in the mail and will be featured in our July 2024 newsletter. Good luck to all seniors that applied this year.
