You should have received an email from NYPA regarding the FSA Relief for 2020 on December 31, 2020, that stated the following:
A new COVID stimulus bill, the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2021, has just been signed and permits NYPA to amend our Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plans for 2020 and 2021, allowing employees to rollover any unused 2020 and 2021 FSA health care and dependent care funds to the next plan year.
We wanted to communicate this rollover change as soon as possible but will share more details about any further impact of the bill next week. If you have any questions in the meantime, contact your site HR representative, or email HR.Services@nypa.gov or call us at 914-287-3114.
