25 and Out Legislation
The “25 and Out” legislation has passed both the Senate (S9068) and the Assembly (A10263) and is currently awaiting the Governor’s signature. We will continue to keep members informed as updates become available.
Automatic Withdrawals from FSA Cards
Please also be aware that there have been reports of automatic withdrawals from FSA cards by the hospital. Members are advised to log in, disable this option, and review their balances carefully due to reported errors.
